Deputies with the Marion County Sheriff’s Office along with Kentucky State Police have arrested a second suspect in the armed robbery case that took place during the early morning hours of December 19th on North Loretto Road. Lydia M. Roller (23) of Lebanon was located in a vehicle on the afternoon of December 29th at the Marion/Taylor County line on Campbellsville Highway. The robbery investigation identified Roller as one of three persons involved in the crime. Roller was taken into custody and lodged in the Marion County Detention Center on an active warrant charging her with Robbery 1st degree and Assault 1st degree. The investigation and search continues for the remaining suspect.
On December 29 at 5:27 pm in the limits of Gravel Switch Marion County Deputy Sheriff Courtney Deering was attempting to take Richard T. Sallee (19) of Lebanon into custody on a warrant when Sallee fled on foot from the Deputy. After a short foot pursuit Deputy Deering was able to catch Sallee and take him into to custody. Sallee was lodged in the Marion County Detention Center on the warrant and the additional charge of Fleeing or Evading Police.
